Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) is using past strength to unload shares of stock. The company said it will sell 13,000,000 shares of common have to move a portion of the term loan borrowings under its credit agreement. Shares winking downbound over 5% at $30.42 in regular trading and we show trading downbound another 5% at $28.82 after the inform and the 52-week range is $3.85 to $32.63. We have seen some 68,446 shares trade since the 4:00 PM Closing Bell. Johnson Controls Inc. (NYSE: JCI) August $30 calls trading 7,000 contracts against open welfare of 817 and implied irresolution is on the uprise to 47% from around 40%. JCI was awarded a super contract for car batteries today, and the auto part bourgeois is seeing a boost in production with rising auto sales. A some super lots have traded but the action has been continuous all day daylong with the majority of the activity offer-side bullish buying, expecting shares to uprise more than 13% in the next two weeks.

Procter & Gamble Co. (NYSE: PG) is a disappointment this morning. The consumer products behemoth gave earnings saying that quarterly acquire fell 18% and said it expects slow sales and choppy earnings to continue for the near future. Earnings were $2.5 1000000000 or $0.80 EPS and estimates from composer Reuters were $0.79 EPS. Revenue fell 11% to $18.7 1000000000 vs. $19.4 1000000000 estimates. Next lodge was put at $0.95 to $1.00 EPS against estimates of $1.00 EPS and 2009 was put at the same prior guidance of $3.65 to $3.80 EPS vs. $3.76 estimates. Because of the tone and because of weak sales, shares are downbound 3.8% at $53.36 on most 350,000 shares pre-market as of 8:42 AM EST. Average volume is over 12 million shares, but that should easily be hit today.  We would watch for secondary state in Colgate-Palmolive Co.
