Oculus Innovative Sciences Inc. (Nasdaq: OCLS) shares are up more than 5 percent on volume of 37,000 shares near the open. The company this morning said OroScience will exclusively market Oculus’ Microcyn-based oral products in the U.S., Canada and dweller markets.
